Cookies and similar technologies let a website remember information in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work at all. Others support analytics, personalisation or advertising.
We store one item that remembers you have closed the cookie notice, and analytics that tell us which pages people read. The analytics do not identify you.
While you are on the site, your browser also keeps the address of the first page you opened and the site that linked you to it. If you send a meeting request or ask for a report or the guide, these go with it, so we know how you found us. Closing the tab deletes them.
We count visits to each page of this website; clicks on our phone number, email address and WhatsApp link; when a calculator or questionnaire is started and finished; and when a page is read to near the end. We use the counts to see which pages help people and to improve the rest. This count sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device.
When a page loads, your browser sends us the page address, the name of the website that linked to it (for example google.com, never the full address of the page) and any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign). We record these with the date and the type of action. We do not record your IP address, your browser or device details, or anything that links one visit to another or to you. When you send a meeting request or ask for a report by email, our own systems record the page it came from in the same way.
The records are held by our website host and used only by us to improve this website. We do not share them with anyone else, and we delete them after 13 months.
The law allows this without asking for your consent because its only purpose is statistics about how the website is used, to improve it (the statistical purposes exception in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). You can object at any time, free of charge, with the button below. It keeps your choice in your browser’s local storage, and nothing is counted from that browser after that. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as an objection too.
We will update this policy and the consent choices before adding video, booking tools, live chat or marketing technology.
You can remove or block stored information in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may mean the site forgets choices such as whether you have already dismissed the notice.
